First off, ask for Kaiya. Phenomenal service is an understatement. We are staying at the nearby Marriott before our cruise . Wanted something satiating and close by. A bit skeptical as I live in the Dallas area and this restaurant has been hit or miss. Not the Ft.Lauderdale location, though. Service and food were EPIC! Started with the white truffle garlic bread. Absolutely amazing. My friend had the tortellini which was busting with a smooth flavorful filling. The sauce is smooth, balanced and sinfully delicious. I had the lasagna pizza and could not get enough of the homemade pesto and crust. In fact, we were using the crust to clean the bowl of the tortellini sauce. Heaven. No room for desert, but do very tempting. Ask for Kaiya and pace yourself to make it to dessert. Everything is made from scratch and every bite is better than the last.
New place that opened mid-November 2023. The bartender was cool, and gave some good recommendations. I got the spicy rigatoni, which was great. My buddy got the chicken parm. Great setup in there, I could see this place becoming pretty popular, especially with the surrounding apartment buildings in Flagler. Finally went in a 2nd time in November 2024. Was just as good. Good wine. Cool server. The ricotta cavatelli was delicious, as it has some shrimp and crab.
This is about to be my new favorite spot for Brunch. The bartenders make amazing drinks and they are so nice. I went here for drinks before going to another restaurant in the area but I should’ve just stayed here. The batter on the calamari is a good kinda salty and the side salad that it came with was really tasty. The banana coffee cake was a little too sweet if I’m being honest. I’ll definitely be back to experiment with the menu. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere with enough parking thank goodness! From the garlic bread appetizer to the meat pizza, everything was phenomenal and freshly made to order. It was so delicious that I would much rather pizza from here than a traditional pizza chain. The drinks are great too. The kids menu is pretty good and filling for the kids. The salad was delicious. I had the kale salad and was able to split it with my husband. Very kind and thoughtful servers work there as well. Definitely recommend and would come back with my friends. The food is flavorful and the freshly made pasta is delicious! Definitely try them!
Great experience and awesome vibe. Me and my boyfriend booked a last minute reservation for nye and had a great night here! From the lovely hostess staff at the front to the server we had briefly all the way to the amazing service we received from the GM. The mocktail I got was amazing, appetizers were amazing, and pizza and dessert were amazing. I have a gluten allergy and the server and GM were very accommodating and informed. Staff, service, food, and atmosphere all a 10/10.
We've had so many great experiences dining here. I want to compliment Michael, our #1 favorite server and bartender. He always has the best recommendations--whether it's daily specials, menu favorites, or creative customizations that make the meal even better. For example, last night we ordered the chicken parmigiana with a side of pasta, and Michael suggested pairing it with pappardelle and their delicious bolognese sauce-wow, what a perfect combination! We were also happy to see the Brussels sprouts return with the seasonal menu update. The drinks are always top-notch too--we especially love the Sicilian Margarita, Manhattan (straight up), and Espresso Martini. North Italian continues to be one of our favorite spots in Fort Lauderdale, thanks to excellent food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service from Michael and the team. Highly recommend!
Went last night for the first time for a girls night out around 8 pm. The food was generously portioned and the prices for an Italian restaurant are honestly fair compared to others in the area ! I really recommend sharing the chefs board (feeds 2 people for 22$!) as appetizers. Our waitress Britney was super sweet, gave us good suggestions on the seasonal menu items and made our overall experience really nice ! I will be back for happy hour with my mom soon! A MUST TRY !
The welcoming to the restaurant was warm and friendly. It is a beautiful and spacious place with plenty of sitting and decore. Kaia , our server, was on top of every detail and made sure all our needs were met. The menu was extensive with food selections, Italian wine and cocktails. I had the lasagna with Chianti Classico and I was fully satisfied. My cookies and cream gelato culminated my wonderful meal. Highly recommend this place. Great for small or big gatherings.
Great food, service was great and weather was nice so we sat outside. Brittany was our server and was great. She had a large party outside when we arrived so it took some convincing but we were seating outside. She was very attentive to us even though she had a very large party. The aruncini was delicious as an appetizer. She recommended the lasagna and it was great. The spicy Rigatoni was also delicious. Will definitely be back.
